i purchased some items and i want a refund, they have no telephone numbers, i want to make sure i get a refund!

Go to the FTC site. The FTC governs all 'trades' and has a complaint form online to fill out.
If you paid with a credit card, contact your credit card company and have them issue a charge back, explaining that you have no way of contacting the company to request a refund. They will contact them, and remove the charge from your credit card until such time as the astrology company issues a refund.

I can guarantee you 100% that the spell won't work, and I can guarantee you 150% that there will be a small print reason why you will not get a refund. I think your own intuition is already warning you regarding the outcome. Real purveyors of spells and those with the ability to carry out incantations, have no reason to advertise their abilities on the Internet or anywhere else. They are located by word of mouth through personal recommendation. They would be insulted to be mentioned in the same breathe as such a commercial venture. In reality the official sounding name of the company means nothing. It is just a ruse to make money from the gullible,don't become one!

The BBB isn't a bad idea. If they are inside of California, you could try the California attorney general.
