Not for free but a very low start up cost. If you really are serious about a home business then a start up fee should be nothing to worry about (most opportunities have start up costs). You'll make it back quickly if you treat it like your own business and not just expect to do little work and "get rich quick".
Just be cautious of those opportunities that have very high costs. Do your research.

No, there isn't. You have to come up with it on your own. Figure out what you can do and offer to do it for people, or offer it on a website. You can do very well that way!
