A doctor once told me that oxygen hits are the best. He used to work at a camp and when the workers were hungover they would put them on Oxygen for a while. It worked pretty well. But when I put "Oxygen" down on my learner's drivers test as the only thing to speed up a hangover, I got it wrong. Oh well. They thought "Time" would be the proper response.

For myself what works, is taking two tylenols before I go to sleep and having plenty of pepsi in the fridge for when I wake up...

Watermelon works the best for me. Lots of electrolytes.
And when I can stomach food, I eat something bread-like and starchy to give my brain energy.

Milk and Bread..it will obsorb the acids in your stomach and help pass whats in your stomach and intestines threw your system for a quicker recover
