Where is a good place to have a 13th birthday on Lake Travis or Lake Austin.?

I was thinking something like Carlos n' Charles or Hula Hut. I wanted somewhere there is sand and space for 50 people. And where the kids can get in the water.

Carlos and Charlies is a very adult place, and the patrons are usually loud and very drunk in the summer. Plus it's a boating inlet, so you can't swim there. Same goes for Hula Hut. I wouldn't recommend either for a 13 year old. I think that either getting a small party boat would be great, or maybe driving up to Lake Georgetown and getting a covered shelter. You can rent one for very little money and have your party there. There is access to the water, and it's a cove, so it's much safer than the busy lake.
