stand on the rope and the rope should come to ur armpits

hold one end of the rope in each hand, and stand on the middle part of it, the ends of the rope should come about up to your shoulders; cut off any excess length. or you can just wrap the excess rope around your hands.

Make the rope a little bit taller than you.
