I went through some mess lately dealing with a man. I don't want him back. I am doing all the things I need to do to take my life to the next level. Working on me, have people trying to talk with me. Have someone that I am interested in, but yet I have this anger in me that seems to be never ending. Everytime I try to let it go, and think I have a way to release it, someone that isn't me, nor him makes it build up even more than before. I know it is just Satan trying to steal my joy, but I don't know how to get rid of this.

Girl ... pray about it. It's just the devil. The man you let go was more than likely not worth your time let alone your attention. The anger is normal. Sounds like this was recent. Give yourself time to heal and don't just jump into something with someone else trying to forget about him. Take some you time and get GLAM! Show yourself what he missed out on by doing you wrong! Once you feel better about what happened ... and you know and understand what you learned from such a bad situation ... then you can move on to that prince charming that you know is out there. Good Luck girl!

Letting go the past can be a long process depending on how long you were with him and how deep things went. It took me 5 years to let go of my ex because he came around just enough to get me upset and having 2 children made it harder, but it WILL happen in time. The thing I had to do was love myself enough to believe I could have another man and the right man would be worth waiting for. I needed to remember that it may take a few frogs before I found one who would appreciate me and my kids. I have waited but I am one my way to the best realtionship of my life. Hang in there and don't give up, when you feel bad call good friends and family and get as much support as you can to keep up your strength and remeber Jesus is always just a prayer away and he will not treat you like a man will he gives unconditional love...God bless

Anger is one of the emotions we really know how to "do". Therefore when something happens to us, it's really easy to go into your angry stage, instead of having to feel hurt, pain, humilation, fear, etc. You need to find another outlet for your anger. Most people chose an exercise of some sort and wear it out of themselves. It's really hard to stay angry when you are exhausted. p.s. Instead of thinking Satan is trying to steal your joy, consider that Satan was in the form of your ex-man.

quite it truly is any opposite direction round. it truly is the marketplace that requested the authorities to help it out by regulating the printed technologies. With the bypass to digital television, lot of prompt bandwidth has been freed up which will be utilized by the different service vendors like cellular phones, wireless, cellular internet etc. Do word that for one channel that we've in analog television, it would want to be chop up into 4 channels of decrease decision digital television. Now this decrease decision continues to be a lot larger and extra useful than the analog television. Else, the station can opt for to transmit complete HD television it truly is 1080P. you'll also get a convertor field for about 40 greenbacks to hook up along with your usual non-digital television. Nope, i'm no longer keen on this authorities in any respect and nor do I artwork for any proper corporation or marketplace. I a twin of technologies and use it for my perfect. sturdy success and take care. wish you'll delight in the digital television. in case you opt for to do your self a opt for, only watch a HD channel or action picture on a 40 six or fifty 2 inch television and also you'll see why human beings like it!

A guy on yahoo once answered my question and told me to let all my anger out by writing my ex a long letter...with everything i want to say to him...including mean things too...and after finishing it...to read it again aloud and then tear it up or burn it and then move on and never ever look back...and i did it...and it worked...i felt much better after i did it...try doing this...maybe it will help you too...

You have not found your closure on this yet. Be honest with yourself and learn a lesson from this bad relationship. Find a way to forgive him and yourself for this (yeah you probably hate yourself too for having this relationship) and then the anger should diminish.
It takes time.
Good luck.

Do you still have unresolved issues with this ex? Are there still things that you feel like you need to say to him? Maybe you can't let it go because you need to make sure he KNOWS that you are angry and/or hurt. Perhaps you could write him a letter and just "vent"?

Once you can laugh about it then you are over him. The next time that you have contact with him let him know his faults then let it go de-scorn yourself. it's nothing like trying to go one with old issues around.

Your mad because you love him!....and you say you don't want to be with him because your trying to convince yourself to believe what you say. You need to tell him how you feel.
