I have had morning sickness with my son and daughter who are 4 and 6. I had a miscarriage in between there pregnancies, but can't remeber when you get morning sickness. I am very worried don't want another miscarriage and I've been told that no morning sickness is a sign of miscarriage. It's been awhile so maybe I am panicing for no reason I hope someone has an answer. Thank you to anyone who responds.

Please don't be nervous. Peace is the surest way to success. I have never heard that no morning sickness was an indication of miscarriage and I have known many women who have been terribly sick before a miscarriage.

Morning sickness (like miscarriages) mostly happens because your progesterone levels are low - and once our progesterone kicks in, the morning sickness goes away. Organic root vegetables like yams can be a great source of progesterone - I even used a wild yam cream during my pregnancies. I used NSP brand then and used after pregnancy to replenish the progesterone we lose in childbirth - which can be a big factor is post partum depression. Here's the link to the product I use: http://www.mynsp.com/carole/products/guide.aspx?stockNum=4936

Above all, be positive. See yourself happy, healthy and comfortable through out the pregnancy - really try to feel the joy of an easy delivery and a remarkably easy pregancy. See it in your mind. Try to feel it.

I had a great meditation tape for my pregnancies and I felt it helped more than anything else: http://members.aol.com/womanway/

I send you a warm pink light for health for you and your baby. Many, many blessings upon you both! xoxo!

Peace!

Morning sickness VARIES from pregnancy to pregnancy ... and it DOES NOT MEAN MISCARRIAGE. I have had MANY MISCARRIAGES and have had four children, and actually had 'morning sickness' only with my FIRST child ... but you NEED TO TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR about this ... and until you do that, QUIT WORRYING because STRESS is not good for either you or the child you're carrying.

I think I got morning sickness around 9 weeks. And it only lasted a week and I had a normal full term pregnancy. Be glad you aren't friends with the toilet.

Some women don't experience morning sickness at all. I unfortunately, experienced it for 5 months straight, all day sickness. But it also didn't start until my second month. I would consider yourself very lucky. I wouldn't worry about it. :) Goodluck!

the absence of morning sickness is not a sign of miscarriage. Just consider yourself lucky that you are not sick.

nah. some people just don't get sick. be happy - you appear to be one of them.

what you might want to do, though, is focus on the stress. have you tried yoga or meditation?
