I just made one of these... I put basement jaxx on it, some james brown, jamiroquai, Bon Jovi living on a prayer, digital underground (humpty dance) I would suggest putting anything on there that's going to make you want to move, and if you can sing to it, then it's even better!

I hate to say it, but compilations like "jock jams" gets you moving. I hate the music, but when it comes down to it "Pump up the jam" still makes you want to move.

It does depend upon your own personal taste tho.

ok ssm, heres a list of some of the best pump up and workout songs i could find:
here it goes again by ok go
the who oh oh song (dont know the real name, its a hockey song)
and almost all of the jock rock or jock jams cds
