x could be each of those numbers except -5, since -5+5=0, and 0 is not greater than 0.

I was taught, a greater than means it is "OR' not 'and" so that is what I am going by here.

2-3x>-1 OR x+5>0 // can be one or the other, or both to be true

-3x>-3 x>-5
-3x/-3 > -3/-3
x < 1 or x>-5

So it could be each of the answers from A - C (on your list)

2-3x>-1 means x<1 and x+5>0 means x>-5 so x could be
-4,-2,0 but NOT -5
