The number 1 is right.... Chemical recation rates changes with the conditions such as temp. But the nuclear reaction reaction rate dose not change.

1. Chemical reactions will change with concentrations, temperatures, pressure, etc. Nuclear decay rates don't change, regardless what the pastor tells you.
