I am a 30 year old male... about 160 lbs.... thin and have a difficult time putting on weight.... How can I build up my arms quickly?

It has been proven that parallel bars "dips" are the most effective way to develop your triceps. Dips work all three muscles that make up your triceps at the same time. I have done them for almost a year and they have done wonders for me without the help of any dietary supplements. Tip: when lowering yourself, make sure you lover your body in 4 seconds and come up in one. without resting in between.

Variety of exercises out there. Low reps and alternating muscle groups, with a high protein diet work for me...

5 meals a day, high protein content, maybe some creatine and good weight, few repetitions will make it. add cardio to get the "cut" look.
