I would end it where Hermoine and Ron have the wild, crazy animalistic sex we all know they've always wanted. Couldn't you just.. feel the tension?

Why else would the little ginger freak always say, "WHERE DID SHE COME FROM??" He was clearly playing hard to get.

Hermoine gets pregnant and gives birth to a reincarnated Voldemort. I don't know how, or why. But she does. And it's not pretty. 17 and pregnant, Hermoine dies a horrible death and the baby eats her body. Ron slays his own son and recieves an "achievement" award from Dumbledore. Yay. Go Griffindor, 'woot".

Harry dies or alternatively, turns into an evil wizard just like Voldemort. Then he takes over and evil reigns supreme.

OR- Harry discovers latent homosexual feelings he's always had towards Ron, becomes insanely jealous over Ron & Hermoine's 'coupling', and slays Hermoine in a green-eyed rage.

Really, I think JK Rowling is going to come up with something g-oo-oooood for the ending of the series. Probably something dealing with death. Much like when she killed off Sirius. Oops, spoiler. My bad. Hah. [/Facetious]

I can't really say what I'd do with Harry in the end, if he'd live or die. Even if JK kills him at the end so no one can make other author sequels, all those people need to realize was that in the beginning Voldemort was "dead" and came back, so couldn't Harry "die" and come back?

What I want to see in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is RON AND HERMIONE FINALLY GET TOGETHER! I mean, seriously, they're supposed to be together so she better do that...

As for the people who said that she should keep going til she runs out of material, I think that even if there's material she could over do it a little. She has talked about writing some of the books Hermione mentions, like writing Hogwarts, A History. It doesn't have Harry, but wouldn't that still be interesting? At least, I would end the series because that's what she planned to do from the beginning and I don't want it to become such a long story.

Harry would be promoted to headmaster of Hogwarts like Dumbledore was. Professor Snape was really the friend of Dumbledore and Harry, but he was a spy against Voldemort. So in order not to get caught and give the game away Snape had to kill Dumbledore. Now Snape takes revenge on Voldemort and really finish him off (only he knows so much about the dark arts) Ron and Hermione will get together. Peace would settle on Hogwarts.

- the trio will return to Hogwarts to help protect the school in the final battle.

- I'd have Snape be proven innocent and shown to have only killed Dumbledore on the Headmaster's own orders. He will himself die, protecting either Harry or some kids from Death Eaters leaving the trio to realise once and for all that not all good people have to be nice.

- Draco will stand by the Order's side as will his mother but Lucius disowns them both in his zeal to remain loyal to his 'Master'. There would be a confrontation between father and son where Draco is forced to kill Lucius. At the end, Draco would go on to become Potions Master of Hogwarts, following in the footsteps of his mentor Snape.

- Neville would be shown to shine. He will be a vital part of helping in the fight and would be the one to capture/kill the Lestranges'. He would eventually go on to become an Auror, following in his parents' footsteps. Luna would also play a hefty role in helping Harry.

- many of the Slytherins would be shown to be support the Order and a number of the other Houses would be shown to side with Voldemort, breaking down House prejudices.

- the final battle will take place at the school, involving many deaths on both sides. At least two of the Weasleys would die, one of the trio, a number of Harry's classmates and a few of the Order (including Tonks and Moody).

- Voldemort dies and Harry is also forced to sacrifice his life to ensure he can never return. But Ron and Hermione are left with the bittersweet knowledge that their friend gave them a better world and is now at peace with his parents and Black in a place where he can never be hurt again.

- McGonagall would rebuild the school, dispensing with the Houses that only brought prejudice and division in the school.

- Ron would go on to become the Flying teacher at the school while Hermione would become a worker in the Ministry, determined to ensure Muggleborn rights are protected. They would eventually marry but not until their thirties.

- the final line of the book would be 'and they hoped the world would never forget the sacrifices bourne to them by Harry Potter, the Boy with the Scar.'

Ron and Hermione get together...finally. Hmmm...Harry marries Ginny and they go and become aurors and all that. Neville becomes headmaster...

The End

She shouldn't draw it out, there's been many a good series that got boring after the authors tried to draw out the story. If she wants to continue with the wizarding world, by all means go ahead, but from another perspective, Harry's story has to end somewhere...

I would keep it going. Harry Potter is very popular and I hate to see it end. There's alot more she could do with the characters and keep the series going for a long time to come.

Harry and crew all have to train their wands on Voldemort to finally get rid of him.
With Voldemort gone, Harry's scar vanishes - all the death eaters become powerless.
The veil at the ministry would be lifted and Harry would be able to say goodbye to Sirius and his parents.

I would end it happy yet sad, like someone dies but Harry gets to see his parents and be with them.

It's hard to say. I just hope Rowling doesn't kill off a Weasley or Hermione.

No, because of the demand, iI would try to keep it going, as long as I could be very imaginative.
