These people are crazy! To answer your question I think she is mentally slow. Just because you have talent and money that doesn't mean that you have brains. I think she is slow and it has nothing to do with being from the south. Oh yea to the person that said she graduated from a performing arts school which wasn't true, she did not, her parents took her out of school. These people think that celebrities are invincible. They are so stupid and live in a fantasy world.

I don't think so. I take her more as a quiet type. She has an "on stage persona". I saw her recently on Oprah and she seems like a very nice, sweet girl.
I think she is different in real life than she is while performing.
Who cares if she may have been slow with reading or math? She is a damned good singer and dancer - wish I was!
Not everyone can be good at everything.

She may have a slower talking demeanor but I've seen interviews where she is sharp as a tack. Maybe she is one who is actually thinking before she speaks unlike so many other celebrities! OR maybe she is just shy when it comes to interviews or talking in public. Let her music speak for itself. she's a terrific entertainer!
