The Guinness Book of Records has nothing to do with the Queen. Try sending it to the right person. The Queen is not the only person who lives in London. She has better things to do than ponder your record.
Contact the publishers of the book and, if you have a record that can be verified, you will be in the book. Please don't trouble the Queen as it will have been intercepted a long way from her and, probably, refused

I find it hard to believe that she would waste her time on such a trivial matter.
If your waiting on a receipt i would suggest you contact Royal mail or the equivalent to where you are . Surely if you registered the parcel you will have the registry number so they can trace it for you .

She almost definitely is interfering. She's in your house right now, and when you take a bath tonight, she's going to burst in on you and read you the Riot Act from its original copy, and then disperse you.

Why in the world would the Queen bother with you? No offense, but neither you nor any of the rest of us are worth her time.
