In my opinion "Black Thought" from The Roots. But there is plenty of underground freestyle rap battles that portray true skill in the art of spoken word through rhythmic rhymes. Most of those guys are not signed and will never make it to mainstream Americain. That is because white America is scared of the urban lifestyle. These rappers are much more skill ornitated that Ozzy Osbourne, that guy is a joke. He sucked *** even as a Heavy Metal icon. Ozzy has and will always be a pussy, for the response above. Most heavy Metals singers are queer and wear tight leather pants to sing to a bunch of guys. FAG.

I would have to say Jay- Z. but Lil Wayne, T.I. and Jezzy are some really good contenders. All of them can spit some real good bars in a song.
