hi, im tryin to find a modeling agency...i am 5'3" or 5'4", age 23size 0 to 1/2, long hair with light brown highlights, very petite:) i am solely interested in modeling for designer companies i.e, baby phat, ecko..but i need to begin somewhere, so if anyone has suggestions on finding agencies, or websites, please let me know! thank you!

Hiya sweetie, I'm a petite model too! I't hard for us isn't it? Most of the well known agencies that work with the high profile designer companies want their models to be 5'8 and taller. The big agency in Chicago right now is called "Elite Model Management Chicago".
The best way to get noticed as a shorter model is to get some amazing pics done to send to agencies and if you have a unique face they may put you in there comercial or parts division as a face model if they have one.
I sujest you join a site like www.modelmayhem.com , it's full of photographers, other models and makeup artists. They are always looking for models to shoot for free, they call it TFCD. This basicly means that in exchange for your time they give you a free cd of all the shots they took of you (you don't pay a peny because you are in turn giving them free shots for them to use in there portfolio). That site is great for networking, there you can ask all the Chicago models what agencies they are with.
