I truly hope Colin Powell runs because,

1. He has the suitable gravitas to heal the divide in the country.
2. His suitability and experience is second to none.
3. It is high time we talk less and act more in bringing in other races to the highest office.
4. We will be able to once and for all expose the bigots in our society.

Colin Powell has often used McCain many some years. i think of his vote became Palin orientated no longer race orientated as others assume. he's a realist that is familiar with the jeopardy Palin ought to place our u . s . a . in if for some reason she could replace into President. greater healthy human beings than McCain have had strokes or died of a coronary heart attack. Obama ought to too yet a minimum of Biden has the the place with all to run this u . s . a . in that adventure.

I don't think Powell will run, but I sure wish he would. I would vote for him any day and I think he would be an excellent President. I think a Powell-McCain, McCain-Powell, or Powell-Leiberman ticket would be great. Unfortunately, I don't think it will happen. I get the impression that Powell's had a stomach full of politics. - - - I don't think Obama will win the Democratic nomination either. If he teamed up with Edwards as a V.P. candidate though, I think they'd be a formidable team.

I think Colin Powell has said he has no intention of ever running for President.

If he did run, I think the amount of votes he would pull from Obama would be small.
