Yes. I used to work at a retail store and I worked the closing shift. He'd let the daytime cashier chill out and do little odd jobs that were easy all day. When I came on shift, he'd have all these big jobs to do and make me stay late if I didnt finsh- which I could have if he had given the daytime cashier some to do as well. I missed several busses trying to get home at night beacuse he'd keep me so late. I just always seemed like he wanted to give me a hard time.

yes. she does it because she can. thinks that there will be no pay back, at least by any one who can do anything important to correct the problem. she is and was wrong. now its eternal vigilence to make sure it doesnt reverse course.

this happened to me alot, but i guess he or she believes in you. wants to motivate you by being hard on you. this makes you a better business person and also extremely efficient in your duties. if your boss is hard on you, then there's no room for mistakes. am i right?
