I have a G4 notebook, in a small network, i see the others PC in the network but i can´t go out to the Web?

It sounds like your mac is not set up to connect via DHCP to your router. DHCP allows your router to automatically assign IP addresses to your computers. Can your pc's access the internet?
This MIT website shows how to enable DHCP in mac or windows..

That sound like the network you are on does not have access to the web. Should have nothing to do with your laptop alone. Do you have any other computer on that network that can access the internet?
