Emit your own positive energy. It pisses negative people off something fierce!

Also, look into crystals. Sounds totally cooky, but it works.

I am a massage therapist, and I have a problem with my clients TAKING my energy from me. I have had to visualize a garbage pail in my mind, and as I encounter parts of their body that are low in energy I just "throw" that energy into the pail. At the end of the session I visualize taking that garbage out. It helps protect me.

I can't believe I just wrote that! I am not a tree hugger or a wishy washy hippie in any means! I just know that visualization does work. But the best thing to do is just emit your own unique energy. The best defense is a good offense!

The best way is to meditate. Find a surrounding that is clean and without distraction. Sit comfortably in a chair or on the floor with your legs out in front of you. Next, imagine a huge ball of glowing gold energy at your feet. Feel strength and renewal everywhere it touches. strat at your feet and end with the top of your head. once you are enveloped in this glow, stay that way for at least five minutes or until you feel ready. Then take three deep breaths, slowly and with every exhalation release neagativity out of yourself. Then you are done. Get up slowly because you might feel a little light headed afterwards. you might also want to choose who you hang out with. If they are negative thinkers/speakers you might want to keep your distance. OK. Good louck!

you are intuiative and sensitive and it is a gift but it can be draining, meditate so your release the energy you take onboard and also envisage a white light around yourself really visualise it and it can work. unfortunately you will sometimes still pick it up as you feel peoples auras, the most important thing is that you do release it somehow wether its meditation or exercise, whatever works for you

Read the Bible.
There is a lot of positive energy that comes from that book, all you do is clothe yourself with the word of God.

if you belive in Crytal therpay, wear a balck Obsidian or rainbow obsidian around your neck. Just rememebr to cleanse the crytal every once in awhile as they absorn negative energy. Just place in full moonlight or place in brown rice for 24 hours (you can eat it afterwards).

Don't let it get to you. They are negative because stuff in their life isn't going good so they will try and do what ever they can to make your life miserable so just ignore them and focus on the good things in your life.

Start by staying away from them. If they are family or co-workers, involve yourself with them as little as possible. If they are friends, get new friends. Best of all, be honest with everyone on how you feel about negative people. I did and they know to leave me alone now.
