Some people think its a hunk of baloney- others beleive its real.. what do you think about the whole thing?

i think it is an irrelivant relic, used to scare monger and make headlines.
When the world ends, we won't need a made-up clock to let us know.
Plus, the vast majority of people couldnt tell what a minute on the clock represents. Whether it is 5 or 2 to midnight really makes no difference in the big scheme of things. People will always think the end is near.
If it said 4pm, what would that mean?

I think it's a good tool to make others aware of the dangers we are facing and the damage we are doing to the environment.
