Hello All!
My name is Alissa and 3 months ago I fell and fractured my arm, ultimately falling into the lap of state disability and recieving a mere two hundred every two weeks...
Just last week I phoned my employers to report that I am able to return to work and was told by the asst. clinic admin. that there were a handfull of new hires and basically my schedule had been deleted and I am now subject to being 'on call', since Saturday.
I am beyond upset, as I have rent and a ton of unpaid bills to start climbing out from under, and my question is--> don't I have the right to my schedule back or not?

Rules vary from State to state so check with your local Department of Labor and Industries about what rights you have, because you did not state where you are from I can't give you a better answer.
