your local health food store (independent one) will probably have a qualified nutritionist you could ask. The oil based vitamins stay in you body and can be over done, you need to take the packages with you as different makes have different amounts.
Or mail the nutricentre

Yep I reckon so. your body pees out any vitamins that are excess to requirements, so i cant see there being any harm in it. An when your peeing out excess vits I believe you can smell them in your pee! - so you would know if your taking to many. watch for overlaps in the vits and minerals they contain, if there arew any, then you could do this and then tailor your vitamin intake accordingly it will save you money on the overlapping supplements ( says me who takes loads ... )

Vitamins that are water soluble are are rid of by the kidneys of any excess; Fat soluble vitamins are not easily excreted and will build up and may be harmful.

I think you need to read the ingredients of all of them, you may be duplicating a lot of the vitamins and wasting money

I don't think it is good to do. Fish oil is OK, but eating the right foods will do you more good.

No problem as long as you don't take them on an empty stomach. Eat something first.
