my list of people in sports that wish would just go away...
1. terrell owens - the mouth that can't say anything intelligent. this guy always needs some attention... psychiatric attention
2. mike tyson - he's a MEAN version of michael jackson... issues
3. don king - destroyed an entire sport for years
4. barry bonds - so great a player, so many questions and NO legitimate answers. just go, barry before you make us make you
5. alex rodriguez - quit crying and play
6. manny ramirez - if he's that great how come nobody wants him?
7. chris webber - over-rated from birth
8. david beckham - jesus christ couldn't make soccer popular in the united states... and STOP saying it wasn't for the money
9. nick saban - i don't mind you going, it's just the way you handled it. no loyalty, no honesty, no integrity.
10. ben rothlisberger - big ben, you had a tough year and i hope you bounce back nicely. but take this off-season and ENJOY your health. don't take your life or career for granted

Yes.

Baseball needs more players like Ichiro Suzuki and Albert Pujohls. Bring back the baseball the Cardinals used to play in the 1980s, with a lineup full of .300 averages and 50 stolen bases per man. Hit and run baseball is exciting, "big inning" baseball is tedious. Hit and run is also cheaper, allowing "small market" teams a better chance of winning.

What's the best way to get rid of steroids from baseball?

Increase the size of the strike zone. If it were REALLY "armpits to knees" and not the shoebox sized strike zone it is, homerun hitters couldn't key on one small spot. Players would have to be versatile and thinner: higher average and footspeed would outweigh power. As well, "power pitchers" on steroids (eg. Clemens) would fade way while the curveball would come back.

And get rid of the idiotic DH in the AL. Baseball is a nine man game, not nine and a no-glove-all-bat 35 year old.

I do. He is ruining the integrity of the game. He should be banned for life. Thumbs down does not make this statement any less true. Any real baseball fan wouldn't want Bonds around to break Aaron's record. Anybody who disagrees doesn't know the game very well, and doesn't care to protect the integrity of the game.

I do, I do and when he gets a cancer later on in life from all the amphetamines he will then see the light, the only good thing about making all that dough is that he will still be able buy some excuses and maybe more amphetamines. The only team with no moral that could hire him is the giants. He only plays for his personal stats and baseball is a team sport so no wonder the giants can't win....

I just wish that Barry Bonds questions would go away.

What I hate about Barry Bonds are his excuses! How many of them does he have. He has one for everything. Case-in-point, the recent positive test of amphetamines. He blames it on his teammate! He is a grown man. When is he gonna realize that most of us educated people aren't dumb enough to buy his bullshit? It doesn't matter how many times you say you haven't taken steroids Barry, all of America knows you did!

I do. Let the dirtball get his 756, but be sure to put a * next to it. Just like Roger Maris with his 61*, but at least Maris did it legit and got screwed by the baseball commish at the time.

Yes, but the cheater want to cheat even more so I guess we have to wait another season for other stuff to leak out and for him to retire.
