Because his testimony was in disagreement with another's testimony?
You DO know that he was never accused of, or indicted for being the person who leaked Valerie Plame's name, don't you? You are aware that her covert status was accidentally released to the Russians during the Clinton administration, and that's why she had a desk job, right? And you did learn, as we all did, that the leaker was Richard Armitage, a non-conservative, non Bush-supporter in the State Dept, and that he wasn't charged with anything because her covert status had been blown?
So, other than your blind and irrational hatred, why should we hang him?

problem is that the president can pardon anyone .so any convictions that come to his party will be pardoned
