I should be Visa compatible. I bought my computer at Future Shop and they will give you a copy when it comes out. You could go to the website for your computer and find out if it is compatable.

Not really. The reason is that your video chipset - Radeon Xpress 200M - will not support the additional graphics requirements of other versions of Vista.

HOWEVER, there are ExpressCard external video cards that are starting to come out on the market that *may* be able to handle the graphics required for Vista (other than Basic).

That being said, even if you do that, you will always need external video card plugged in to use Vista, so there goes the point of having a laptop - no more mobility.

Since all the other specifications are in line, my bet is your video card is the problem. With a laptop, that is a show stopper. But look, do you REALLY want to be the first to run Vista? And if so, for heaven's sake, why?

well since there is vista home, pro and corp versions since vista requires massive amounts of processing power. since pro and corp versions are designed for pc's usage not on laptops.

well u can run pro or corp on laptop u would need to upgrade the ram to as high as it can go and the best u can afford.

As long as you have a 128MB Graphics card you should be able to without a problem. If you don't, you should still be able to run it but it might not look as good.
