There is a famous painting in Medicine where the patient is carrying it in a wheelbarrow due to some tropical disease causing lymphatic obstruction and causing gross accumulation of fluid.
In your case ,if it is not a joke, you should take them to your doctor and let him exclude the probability of a Hydrocele (an accumulation of fluid in the scrotal sac).

You could have a case of testiphyllis which can cause the testicles to swell to the point of bursting. If not drained in time, the testicles will explode like a boil and semen splatters in every direction.

If you are telling the truth you may have a parasitic infection that you need to see a doctor to get cleared up.
