Ok i did the svideo input for my video now i need to know how to get the sound to my tv any thoughts
(my tv doesnt have an optical input btw)

Get a y-adapter that you can use to go from the computer's speaker output (stereo mini-jack) to left/right RCA plugs.
A high priced example of this type of y-adapter can be found at the monster cable website
You can find cheaper versions at Walmart or radioshack for around $5.

yes the sounds still comes via your pc, since thats just for video out not with sound as well. if u wanted to have sound on your pc u would need to connect your speaker out via a stero to stero cable to your tv or stero to analogue connection.
