Do you look completely different when wearing makeup?

When I'm not wearing makeup, I look so yucky and I hate myself. But when I have makeup on, I look like Jess from The Veronicas. Anyone else like this?

^_^ I'm glad I'm not the only one. I find my self confidence rises so much when I have makeup on and I actually feel like going out and doing stuff!

Yes!!! We're alike in that way!!!!!!!! Whew. I thought I was the only one. When I'm not wearing makeup I feel as though the dark shadows under my eyes leap out at everyone I come across, and I truly, truly feel yucky. Absolutely. My confidence level goes down a little bit. Concealing the shadows makes me more sure of myself and not so self-conscious, I feel like I am properly groomed.

RHONDA B is a HYPOCRITE and has a huge chip on her shoulder, it seems. Who is she to judge all the women here who like to wear makeup?

Guys like women who make an effort to look pretty. We're not talking about makeup a la Tammy Faye Bakker, for goodness' sake. And when people like this Rhonda B say "god forbid if it should ever rain", well, she's probably talking from experience and is bitter.

Do whatever feels good for you and boosts your confidence.

it depends on the condition of the skin, if your skin is healthy then you might have some minnor imperfections, and then there si the side where as to that makeup not done right you can look like pamala anderson made up with crayons that melted. Sometimes we have our 'good days' were we can get by with minnamal aplication and others where we need the whole bottle of liquid and some clear coat on top like a paint job.

i think that a lot of people wear tons of makeup to hide insecurities. and then they believe that they look awesome when they actually could have gone overboard with the eyeshadow or lipstick. i don't like the way i look without makeup, so i always put on makeup before i leave the house, but i still look like myself, just a little better, i guess.

I think we're taught that we look better with makeup, so we feel more secure with it on. I guess it's just about who you're trying to impress. When i go to work i put my makeup on, just enough to make my features stand out, not to cover myself up. When i am at home or chillin with friends, there's no need to enhance myself. I used to wear lots of eye makeup cuz i thought it made me look better and i felt better with it on, but now i use just enough to make my eyes stand out. A lot of it is about growing up and finding out who you are.

properly right here is my own opinion...i'm a highschooler.I purely positioned on eyeliner,lipgloss & somtimes mascara.There are some females in my college that positioned on heavy makeup to college & by using heavy y advise:concealer,powder & beginning place.they save including assorted blush,eyeshadow, & all you may think of plus some as a exchange of lipgloss use lipstick it is...too lots for college -.-" So ok I as quickly as observed certainly one of them without makeup & she regarded VERY distinctive.Its considering which you're used to on account that impressive dermis yet contained in maximum folk of cases,they use it to conceal up all those marks.For me they appear like clowns (no offence i'm so sorry) because of the fact then human beings see what lies under that mountain of makeup & they don't like it so i think of they must be themselves bypass away that makeup for a party or the videos or something yet not college. So yeah assorted the cases they seem very distinctive...As for photographs: something I do.I enter the call of a movie star interior the google seek bar like this "______ (call of movie star right here <--) without makeup" and voilá! xD you will word the version. ;]

I love makeup...it's an art form.......you can transform into anyone you want to be...and if you don't like it, wash it off and try something else. It's an instant confidence booster - which is not a bad thing. You can be whoever you want to be. So go on girl, transform yourself!

I don't think i look completly different without make-up. But when i don't have foundation on, i feel ugly. I don't where alot of make-up, but if i don't have it on, i feel like my face is just blaa, and there's nothing special to it. Just as long as you don't pile the make-up on, like some girls, you should be fine!! I think every girl that wears make-up feels that way!! (or we wouldn't wear it!)

oh my gosh, yeah i look totally different without my make up on. but its not like i wear TONS of it either. i just notice people make different comments about me when they see me with no makeup rather then with... lol crazy!
