Muslims are allowed to have 4-7 wives legally depending on the local law and 7 under Islamic rights. The condition is that all women must be treated the same and all must be muslims.

Is he accepting her as wife? You need to approve that move as well. If he is just helping , why shouldn't she help herself. Even God doesn't help those who don't help themselves!!!

Find the real problem here!!!

If nothing else could be done, and I won't leave him, I would 'conveniently' become unemployed!!!

You Muslim Husband now has two wife's. If he pays her bills he can have sex with her too. Since you are also married to this Muslim, it is acceptable for you to have a threesome with him and is new wife. You have to draw to line at having sex with a camel. That goes for him or you with the camel.

It is a very kind of U to help your desperate sister in law. At this point of time , she need your help to keep the life of the family to go on. Without your help, her children might live in hunger and she might turn to anything to earn some income to feed the growing children She might retort to stealing, extortion, corruption, prostitution or anything that give her some in-come. Do U want such thing to happen to your very own sister in law? Think about it.

Nothing Muslim about it. She is a lazy moocher. Put her to work or put her out.
