Cube - great Canadian film. Sometimes referenced as a sci-fi film, other times as a horror film.
Ginger Snaps - all three films. The entire trilogy revolves around two sisters, one of whom is a werewolf.
Run, Lola, Run - great German film.
The Decalogue - a Polish masterpiece
Any Pedor Almovodar films - a Spanish genius.

I would have to say Snatch, and the movie Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels. They are action/comedy/gangster type movies I would say. I love them because they are so creative. They are different than other movies I have seen. I love the story lines, characters, environment, and everything about these movies. Also, the actors are great!

City of God, it's really the only foreign movie that I have watched and I loved it. I was so involved in the story that I forgot I was reading subtitles.
