Back in the day they were really hardcore.
Now they just suck. Most are just WWE style matches- which are for wimps only- and they bore me to tears.
My question is this.
Why are ECW wrestlers now so weak?
Now I watch TNA and XPW and CZW.
Vince can have his wimpy wrestlers.
Japan also has some very cool wrestling, which is world's above WWE's boring crap.

Yes. I do blame Vince.
He single handedly destroyed ECW. At least the new one. Thank God for old ECW DVDs! And VHS tapes!

Because it ain't ECW. It's another WWE program to have ECW wrestlers "job" to lame WWE talent. Why is there a WWE superstar as the ECW champ. The past two have been WWE stars, while ECW staples like Sandman and Tommy Dreamer are reduced to low-card jobbers. How can it be ECW w/no Extreme matches? I'll tell you how letting that steroid-ed up old geezer Vinnie Mac run things. He sucks!!

The current wrestlers in ECW were not part of the original ECW back in the day.

Let me guess you didn't see last nights ECW match with Alpha-Male Maruqi Cor Von also known at TNA Wreslting as Alpha-Male Monty Brown. He just kicked the crap out of his challanger. The guy he was up against had no chance of winning.

one or two "extreme" rules matches a month.
Vince makes them pace themselves so they dont overshadow his wwe "stars" or his ppv "no DQ" matches. He wont allow most high impact rules so he doesnt have to worry about injuries.
I just watch TNA, at least there they just let the wrestlers go at it.
wwe matches are almost never interesting. And the wrestlers i do like (like benoit or shelton) arent used well

It's not really ECW any more. It's more like WWE mixed with ECW but alot worst now!!!

confident. What they must do is yet new nobodys like Deuce and Domino so as that they are able to construct them as much as be somwhat respectable! in the event that they positioned extensive stars like HBK or taker on ecw, in simple terms shoot me!

theres all kinds there is some that are way to weak to be in ecw but there is still some good fighters
