All of the planets ARE moving in the same direction around the Sun. Do you mean what will happen when they are all in alignment? In that case, you will see Mars, Jupiter and Saturn together in one spot in the sky (more if you have a telescope). Because they are inside Earth's orbit,Venus and Mercury would be on the other side of the Earth. And if they are also aligned with the sun, you won't be able to see them because of the glare.
That's probably not very exciting sounding but that's what it would be like. As for orbit altering manifestations, naw, nothing will happen.

They can't actually come in the same line. The reason for this is that the plane in which they go around the sun, is not same i.e. their planes make some small angles with each other and even if they come in they come in the same line, I don't think anything serious will happen.
But we should think whether this will happen or not. such an incident take place, if it has occurred at some time in past. If it has occurred then we can even predict the time of it's next occurrence. For this we will have to multiply the periods of revolution of all the planets and this multiplication will be the time difference between two such incidences.

What do you mean, "the same direction"? The planets are all in orbit around the sun, moving in the same direction around it as Earth. Their distances from the sun are relatively fixed, so they can't come "toward" Earth, except that they can have close approaches, as when, say, Venus and Earth are both in line, at which time Venus comes to within about 27 million miles. But there is no noticeable effect, and as Venus is moving faster in its orbit, it soon pulls away.

When all the planets come in same direction the gravitaional force of all the (5)planets act in one direction which results in high tides on earth. This happens but very rarely.

Absolutely nothing. It's happened countless times in the history of the solar system, the last time being about 15 years ago or so. It's called a syzygy. Someone actually wrote a book before it happened predicting earth quakes and such; nothing happened. I just wish I thought of writing a book like that; he made a fortune on it.
