Love your girlfriend for who she is and what she already has. She should not get implants just to please you.
Genetics determine what you get in the end. Weight gain and pregnancy will increase the size some, but will decrease with weight loss and after you are done with nursing.

Except for implants nothing on earth can increase breast size. Ask any qualified doctor. Please don’t listen to quack advice as given by ‘Dr. A k’ By the way he will probably tell you that a similar contraption can be used to increase the size of your penis as well.

Don't be impatient. When she becomes a mother, her size will improve a lot. A little extra nutrition and fatty diet will do the trick. You did not tell whether this is her opinion also!

tell her to massage it regularly and wear a proper bra.which is not loose.she can also do exersise to firm the musscles of the breast which makes it look more firm and big

pull up exercise, both hands together like namaste (prying to god) press bothpam together 108 time and same time pry to god, and good healthy diet, yoga, pranayam etc will increase her b..bs size

Breast is mainly fat and to put on fat there she will put on fat all over.
