a comfort zone is when you are comfortable in your own mind ,no matter where you are or what you're doing.

You're in your comfort zone when you're doing familiar things or you're with people that you know well, that don't cause you any anxiety or stress. You're outside your comfort zone when you do something new, that you find difficult or worrying, such as meeting new people, going for a job interview, starting a new extreme-sport, etc. Sometimes you're forced by other people to go outside your comfort zone and sometimes you choose for yourself to try new challenging things for fun.

a comfort zone is a zone in an MMORPG in which you can kill mobs quickly while gaining a reasonable amount of experience points. mine is The Barrens.

a comfort parameter. mine is the parameter around my couch in the living room were I jump on it with a bag of chips, soda & dip amd get comfortable all night long watching TV.
