If not, what is cheaper..paying for taxi for our group (12 people) or paying person for the shuttle that the hotel offers?

I was searching travelocity and none of the las vegas strip hotels had free airport shuttles.

What? Most major airports have hotel shuttles to specific hotels for free. You stand out front and wait for the specific one. If you are at an airport that does not contact the hotel and request ground transportation when you book. Any major chain such as Hyatt and Marriott will send a bus....... though if you are staying at a redroof or something you are on your own. If they want to charge your group just say no and threaten to book elsewhere.

Yes. It would be cheaper to use the shuttle either way cause you would have to get three or four taxis
