A-Rod because he is a power hitter and signed a 200 million dollar contract. I personally think he sucks. Jeter look at all his MVP and awards and also World Series. Matsuzaka is not the best pitcher. If anyone thinks that then screw them because he hasn't even played vs. any of us yet.

A-Rod is one of the all time greats because of what he can do. He can hit very well and for power, he can steal you a base, and play some defense (better at shortstop, and definately not this past year at 3rd). I think he looks good on paper but when it comes to clutch situations, he just has trouble producing. He is a Hall of Famer, he just lacks some of the intangibles that other players have such as Jeter.

Jeter is another soon-to-be Hall of Famer. He has been on 4 championship teams and he plays for a city that dissects every move you make. He is clutch and he can perform under those circumstances. He may not hit a lot of home runs, but he can hit when the Yanks need a hit and he always gives 110%. He has the intangibles that many players wish they had.

As for Matsuzaka, I haven't seen him play and I will not make a conclusion about him until I do.

A-Rod, probable hall of famer, Jeter as well.

Matsuzaka, maybe a good pitcher for the Red Sox.

Yankees, they won the most world series.

Answer clear enough?

I don't know who's giving you all of that information because it's all opinion at this point. None of it has any fact other than they are all good players. Matsuzaka is not a Yankee.

They're not.

But if you're a Yankees fan, then anyone who has ever worn a Yankees uniform if only for one game, is the best ever.

If you think that that's bad, you should try listening to Maple Leafs fans in Toronto!

They play for the Yankees, where you could hit career .235 and get into Cooperstown.

last year a rod was probably the worst fielding 3rd basemen in the whole league.
