I'm clueless as to the best course 4 me, (info on a course with proper exposure, scholarships for foriegn students, accomodation, etc.)

Unless you can get a direct admission to Journalism(travel) in UK or any where else, try English majo at BA level, then go for MA.
You will find Lots of Colleges and Universities in USA that give Journalism at BA level and even lower level at Community colleges. There may be some that give this perticular desipline, Journalism(travel).
Do an Internet search.
