I don't think you are on an 11th grade reading level. Perhaps a nice "See Spot Run" book would be better for you.

read your course books throughly and also bring home some engineering preperation books containing more number of problems to solve, practice them and get through aieee

I'd say start with a basic English spelling and grammar. Work up from there.
