my computer is messed up because of its colors and i don't know how to fix it please help me!!?

my computer is saying that i went into some kind of money thing and i didn't. it won't let me into it either. it says that i need to fix the colors on my monitors display and i don't know how to do that. the color is all messed up and fuzzy. please help me, thanks

Hi. Right click on an empty spot on your desktop and click "Properties", then "Settings". Adjust these to you liking, probably 600x800 and "Highest" on the colors. Good luck.
