I think they can look better in certain clothes (like bathing suits and evening gowns) if they are good breast jobs.
It's subjective though. Some implants look horrible and some real breasts look outstanding. In general though, I would have to say fake breasts are not better.

The real breast can not be compared with fake ones because real is real and fake is fake.

This comes down to personal preference. I myself would prefer real ones. Even tho fake sometimes look nicer I would still take real over fake.

It all depends on the doctor that installs them. And they sure look better in sweaters if she keeps them at a natural size.

Some people dont think so. But I got mine 3 year's ago ,and thay look and feel very real ! Bigger is better Honey !
