Sorry, was busy traveling last week -- but bwah-ha-ha, how many TV network gurus yakked about how OSU and Mishigan were clearly the two best teams? Did they not both go and get their butts kicked?

The answer is simple, Michigan had its chance on Nov. l8 against Ohio State, and lost. I do not like rematches, when the teams have just played it makes no sense. I mean if Michigan had won, then you would say, well let's make it 2 out of 3. Another game.

The fact that Ohio State and Florida had to wait so long before playing did change the game. I say this as a Southeastern Conference man. How does a team keep its sharpness, when missing the equivalent of 6 season games? The unwarranted long delay makes the game something of a wildcard.

Michigan had a let down. They came close to the national title, and it again alluded them. USC, after getting beat by UCLA, had something to prove. Michigan did play a hard schedule and was a very good team.

But this year, the BCS did work. Florida clearly earned the national title.

Maybe they should have played each other, but not for the Championship. Like you said look what happened. We learned that Florida was the best team. Could you imagine Florida vs Michigan? Do you really think Michigan could have won? So let's be glad we got what we did. Well except for the OSU fans.

They both were overrated. The bad thing about the media is seldom do the hype creators stand up and admit they are wrong. They do sometime but most of the time you never hear a word about it. They pump up a team all season long and then when the team collapses start talking about team speed. Hey jackass media types you laid eggs and you talent evaluations were seriously flawed stand up and admit it.

Never bet against the SEC. A playoff would have put LSU and Florida in the Big Show. Geaux Tigers!
