Just simple easy clutch go get it changed it will be fine. Call Renault they will tell u that there is no problem with the megane gearboxes. The clutch pressure plate is worn and is not clearing. The reason it is better when cold is because nothing has expanded yet due to the heat I.E the flywheel or the pressure plate itself . So get it along to a clutch fitting center and they will sort it .

Doesn't sound like a clutch issue to me. Have you tried checking your fluids? Guessing you need a top up and/or an adjustment. Unless you drive like a madman, I wouldn't worry about the synchros.

i drive Renault cars from 1986. i get until to day 7 of them. i love them, but,and like Lady's, so cars, all of them got the same problem wit the gearbox. the sinchrons wear early, so must change them. a little sickness, but nothing is perfect.

It will be the gearbox selectors, they might be adjustable but not always sometimes its a new gearbox required.
