I was wondering the same thing last night during AI-- Watched the Paula Interview on the news, too! She's got to be on something good. Either that or she just doesn't care about teh show anymore.
Paula's getting good at making herself look/sound like an idiot on American Idol.

I said I wouldn't watch it anymore, but I had to take a peak last night. What's with the blonde bimbo that they added? I noticed the body language of the original 3 was to stay far away from her. Is she being groomed or being used as a threat replacement to Abdul?
I don't think it would work. It sure didn't appear to do so last night. There wasn't any chemistry with the blonde and the other 3. I'd rather see a high Abdul then the blonde twit.

I understand Paula Abdul has health problems. Continuous pain etc. I think we should give the poor girl a break.

I watched the True Hollywood Story on her and she does suffer with back problems and takes a lot of meds. She would be in severe pain without it and I would imagine that it makes her loopy sometimes.
She had more than one hit, she was huge in the eighties, and I think she is still pretty cool. Y'all give the girl a break.

What a beautiful train wreck - and, it's just sad - they wouldn't even give her camera time when she was giving a thumbs up or down. Her feet were swinging all over the place and she couldn't even sit still. They kept filming her sucking down her coke big gulp. I'll say that it was too much caffeine just to be nice to that hot mess.

I used to think the same thing. I heard in a statement she made that she had to be on heavy meds because of a disease. Apparently, without these meds, she would be in tremendous pain.
Don't know if it is true or not. If it isn't...she is on smack.

I can't understand why she is a judge....she only had a one hit wonder many years ago.....big deal.....she must be friends with influencial people on the show....who is she anyway?

there was an article in the Washington Post saying that she was drunk during almost all the auditions.

I saw that latest interview that she gave. I must say that I was a little shocked. She looked like she was really out of it. It's kinda sad.
