make a scavenger hunt hide different gifts around the house, that eventually lead to a bubble bath and some candles then give her a nice massage

You don't have to get her anything I suggest that you take her some where and make it memorable like a very nice restaurant that you wouldn't usually or Spend the day with her if you can then have a friend come get her in the evening just to buy you some time to cook a lovely meal if you can cook or order in, change the bulb in the room that you'll be having dinner to red i suggest as well as the one in the bed room line the bed with flower petals as well as the entrance and make it a night not to forget.
You can add candles to the dining area scented ones if possible.
Good luck in whatever you do.
I think she will appreciate you doing that for her than just getting her something from a store. (I know i would)
You can throw in a nice lingerie.
P.S Just try and make her day as special as you can.

How about a relaxing Spa packages for two , a trip to the hair stylist and chic clothes to make her feel like a million bucks. And take her to a nice restaurant.Top off the evening with a ferryboat ride at midnight.

Hmmm...if you have kids, arrange for a sitter, take her out for a great dinner and give her a G.C. for a spa treatment and some jewelry. If you don't have kids, nix the sitter and get her a puppy or some other small furry thing to love...and jewelry, doesn't have to be from Tiffany, vintage stuff is always fun too!

Either dinner at a really nice restaurant you wouldn't usually go to and a big bouquet of flowers or a spa gift certficate to pamper herself. Always a winner!

My boyfriend always buys me rings, necklaces, and i love them, i agree with alot of them here, a day at the spa and being pampered, and hair being done, makes you feel real nice. But then again if she wanted that she could always do it herself, so i think a nice romantic dinner with a nice necklace or something, lol i could go on and on, but i really think anything you give her she would love it.

I would say a day at the spa as well. Massage..Manicure..Pedicure.. Nice! If you can afford it, I would say diamond stud earrings are always nice too.
