I agree with you. Once a question is resolved it should not be deletable. Somebody doesn't like you or the answers that they or somebody posted. There system needs to be changed too so that a person needs 5000 points before they get any reporting power. I have suggested this, but did not get a response. It would eliminate some trolling.
