I shall miss it as well. It's sad. I loved the negative opinions of others...made me feel like I was doing my job.

That is not wrong. It is perfecktly normal to feel that way upon changes to the status qwo. But you will eventually get used to the new system and then they will change it again, and you will bemoan the fact that they changed it again.
