No because obviously he is not a very good boyfriend to her. Because if he is forcing her to do it then that is a horrible relationship. She should be doing what she is comfortable to do. If i was her and i was scared i wouldn't do it. I would wait. Just talk to her about it. And she has to make her own decision but make sure that she is comfortable♥

well no if shes scared and shes not sure then she should wait if this is her first then yes she will be scared but she will also know when the time is right good luck to your friend

If she is scared then she is unsure and you shouldn’t do anything unless you have complete confidence in what you are doing.
