I think that most guys don't care a whole lot about Valentine's Day. There are always exceptions, but generally guys don't like flowers and balloons all that much. What's worse is if they forgot, and you got them something. The sexy ideas that don't require spending anything will probably be the most appreciated.

Relationships don't move along timelines. Only you can decide what would be appropriate. Anything from a card, to chocolate, to a trinket, to an activity could be right. Personally, I'd suggest some fuzzy handcuffs. They would say a lot about love, trust, and willingness to have an adventure. But that's just me.

A card. That's all I get my hubby. He takes me out to dinner. Valentines Day is such a farce of a holiday. Use the day to appreciate each other without spending too much money.

My boyfriend told me that Valentine's Day is a girl's holiday. I wouldn't let it go and he said that all they want is sex... so yeah. If you guys have gone past that stage I say do something sexy... get one of those strip games. They have some with chocolate so that could be a nice "dessert" after your dinner out.

Invite him over. Leave a trail of rosebuds from the front door to the bedroom (leave the door open so he can enter) and light lots of candles. Get naked on the bed while you wait for him and when he gets there show him the time of his life. He'll love it, trust me...
