actually thats a very good question about the best answer thing.next they may show who gives thumbs up and down,now that would be very interesting.

Only time will tell. It doesn't add much to the whole experience for me, other than to provide something new to click and check out. But I'm sure for the next couple of days a plethora of questions are going to be asked about it...so that at least provides for a few new questions.
I'm giving you a star simply cause it's a good question, by the way.

Starship enterprise! That is so cute. I am still confused as well. When you star a Q it says it is added to YOUR list meaning mine. What does that mean exactly? Beam me up an answer yahoo!

you have a point, but the stars won't affect me because I going to still read the answer and the good quality one will get the 10 pts, it doesn't matter if you gave me a thumbs down and disagreed with me, if you have a valid point then that is good enough for me... but that is a good question...
